Daniel Pogue, Computer-Human Interaction, and Assignment 1

Human-Computer Interaction has always fascinated me. Growing up in a somewhat rural area, I did not get the same technological opportunities as one might in a larger city. Coming from my background, I have had a great deal of experience dealing with novice, unexperienced users and have seen first hand the difficulties bridging the technological gap between the user and the computer. Even to this day it seems to be a noticable problem.

It is my hope that I will gain a better understanding on how to help bridge the gap between a human's goals and expectations with that of a computer system's potential. It is with this class that I aspire to learn a good foundation that will help me in my endeavor.

Without further ado - the best, worst user interface.
